myrun Parys Golf and Country Estate - EVERY SUNDAY @7:00 AM

We offer 2.5km and 5km walks/runs every Sunday. Start window between 07h00 - 08h15. Closing at 9h15am. Everyone is welcome, regardless of your level of fitness. Join us at myrun Parys. Register Once - Join for Life!

Timing band collection is from 07h00am and you can start your run between 07h00am – 08h15am. Last runner to be completed by 09h15am. 

Please note: The start of the race will be at the clubhouse. NB. There is no entrance into the estate via the R59. Entrance is on the corner of Venus and Briel streets once you have entered town.

Parking: Parking will be at the clubhouse.
